For fall 2013 Vivienne Tam presented a collection in a palette of black, white and red that felt Punk at core.
Black lipped models wore a mish-mash of techno prints, tartan, hounds-tooth and Chinese characters. This was paired with mannish oversize military tailoring; a long military wool coat worn over a dress and a boiler suit stood out.
Memorable pieces from the collection included the crop wide leg hounds-tooth pants and geometric sheath dresses.
Vivienne Tam’s fall 2013 woman is both making a cultural and political statement.
