'I'd love a little girl!': Giuliana Rancic reveals that she wants a daughter so they can play dress up and 'wear the same outfits'

Devoted mother Giuliana Rancic is ready to have another baby and this time she wants a girl.
The 38-year-old Fashion Police host and her husband, Bill Rancic, welcomed son, Duke, last August and Giuliana has now revealed that she dreams of having a daughter who she can play dress up with.
'I’d love a little girl. As a woman, you dream of having a little girl so you can wear the same outfits,' said the TV star.

'It’s like having a doll - but it’s a real person,' she told In Touch Weekly magazine.
Giuliana and Bill, 42, had Duke via gestational carrier and the E! News co-anchor - who underwent a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 – would love if they could have a sister for him.
'We’re open to surrogacy again - and I have embryos ready on ice!' she revealed to the magazine
The stylish star already has big plans about how she would have coordinated wardrobes with her little girl.
'I’ll buy her an American Girl doll and they can wear the same outfit, then I can get an adult version of the outfit so the three of us match. I’d Instagram that all day long!'
Bill previously spoke of their desire to add to their family, and said they were hoping to have a sibling who is close in age to Duke.
Well, we're not getting any younger. And everyone we've talked to tells us to keep them close in age so they can really connect and have that bond,' said the former Apprentice winner. 'Everything is in place so we can do that.'
After celebrating her first Mother's Day in May, Giuliana revealed to People.com that Duke had uttered his first words. 'He's been going, "Mama mama, Dada dada," but I don't know if he knows what he's saying,' she explained
